About Jessica
Agatha award nominee Jessica Everett loves fountain pens, red convertibles, and throwing parties. She lives with her exuberant family and preposterously privileged poodle, Sam. Jessica splits her time between a tiny New Hampshire village and the coast of Maine, a state her family has called home for generations.
When away from her desk, she obsessively knits wool socks and enthusiastically speaks Portuguese with a shocking disregard for the rules of grammar.
Jessica’s books have received starred reviews from Publishers Weekly and Library Journal. Her first novel won the Daphne du Maurier award for mystery.
As Jessica Ellicott, she wrote the Beryl and Edwina Mysteries and the WPC Billie Harkness Mysteries. She penned the Change of Fortune Mysteries as Jessica Estevao. She has also written contemporary mysteries as Jessie Crockett.
